It’s 2018 and we’ve officially completed January, we can’t quite work out if it has gone quick or dragged! What do you think? In the meantime, let’s take a look back at January:
So #January is finally completed and it’s been a pretty crazy month for mother nature. Britain has been battered with high winds, lots of rain and lots of snow! #January is always a pretty crazy month for #Weather but I don’t think there is going to be any let up anytime soon.
The January #TransferWindow is something that dominates January in the football world. We saw some big moves including Coutinho finally getting his move to Barcelona. We also saw a rare swap deal between Manchester United and Arsenal where Sanchez and Mkhitaryan switched clubs, there is plenty of debate with this move in who got the best deal with valid arguments for both sides, who do you think got the best end of the deal? As predicted January was a pretty crazy month in the #TransferWindow.
On the 31st January stargazers got a glimpse of something called the #SuperBlueBloodMoon. The Blue moon, super moon and blood moon combined to create something not seen for more than 150 years. This would be a first sighting for everyone. It was best visible from the Western Hemisphere. Has anyone got any pictures to share?
At the end of January we saw a PR stunt from #ThomasCook that caused plenty of talk! #ThomasCook to let holiday makers book sunbeds for £25 per trip for the best sunbathing spots on holiday. As many people know who have been on holiday that a lot of holiday makers like to get up early to reserve a sunbed for the day. Travel Agents have always received many complaints about this but are #ThomasCook about to put an end to this or is it going to cause more fallout? What do you think of this, would you pre book a sunbed?
A big story at the start of the year was a video posted by YouTube superstar #LoganPaul. He posted a video of what appeared to be a dead body as he explored ‘Suicide Forest’. Obviously he received plenty of backlash for posting such video. He has since apologised but he has a lot more making up to do. I guess we will see more over the next couple of months.
